It is not operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), NADRA, or any mobile network operator named on this site. Where we describe an official channel — such as SMS 668 or cnic.sims.pk — we are explaining a service those organisations run, not one we run ourselves.

No SIM or Number Lookup Service

This site does not provide, sell, or link to any tool that reveals a stranger’s name, address, or phone records from a number or a CNIC. Every check described on this site is one you run yourself, directly on PTA’s own systems, for your own CNIC. If any page, advertisement, or third party gives you the impression otherwise, that impression is wrong.

Legal Notice — PECA 2016, Section 16

Under Section 16 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, obtaining, disclosing, or using another person’s identity information — including CNIC-linked records — without their authorisation is a criminal offence, punishable by up to three years’ imprisonment, a fine of up to Rs 5 million, or both. Any check described on this site (for example, sending a CNIC to 668) should only ever be run using your own CNIC, or with the explicit, informed consent of the CNIC holder. Using information from this site to check, monitor, or investigate another person without their consent is your responsibility, not something this site authorises or encourages.

Accuracy of Information

We check every factual claim against a first-party source — PTA’s own publications, the Pakistan Code’s text of PECA, or dated news coverage of a specific regulatory change — before publishing it, and we flag anything we could not verify to that standard rather than presenting it as settled fact. Even so, rules, fees, and procedures in Pakistan’s telecom sector do change, sometimes without much public notice. Before making an important decision, always confirm the current position directly with PTA, NADRA, or your mobile operator, rather than relying solely on this or any other website.
